When our non-speaking son learned to read, spell, and type through an alternative communication method, everything shifted. We witnessed an ability that had long been overlooked — and that moment became the catalyst for A Walker Movement.

Today, we exist to share that hope, those proven approaches, and practical tools with other families. Together, we’re challenging assumptions, expanding possibilities, and redefining what communication can look like.
